Their main requiremnt was to have a website that meets their needs that they use to do manually, they basically needed to automate their entire process of photography competitions

We divide their entire website into the following modules

list of competitions where in the applicant or photographer can select the desired completion in which he has to participate and fill up a form that will contain all the prerequisites of the application competition.

maintains a list of judges that are going to host and judge the competion event

maintains the list of all the past events and competitions

maintains exhibitions, conversations, book launces, concerts hosted by the forum
